Hello, My Name Is Brooke.

Hello, My name is Brooke. 

I chose this course because it will allow me to focus on a topic that directly relates to my post-secondary plans, study that topic, and end up with a better idea of what specific program I want to go to post-secondary for.

I love design. More specifically, I really like graphic design and am interested in marketing/product design/branding. I also really like interior design and fashion design, as well as illustration, but I’m having a difficult time deciding which one I want to pursue after high school. My current interests/hobbies include drawing, fashion design, logo design, and my Etsy store. I am also interested in and passionate about feminism and veganism.

My strengths are grammar, spelling, and writing, as well as visual arts. This year I would like to improve my design skills because I will be working on a design portfolio for post-secondary applications over the course of the next two years, and improving my design skills will help me to get accepted into the post-secondary program I decide on.

I am excited to study something in the classroom that adds value to my life outside of it.
